Dr. Sarah Millar is a Scientific Advisory Board Member of Follica. She is a Professor of Dermatology and Cell & Developmental Biology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she also is a Director of Research for the Department of Dermatology, and Chair of the Developmental, Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology Program of the umbrella Cell and Molecular Biology graduate group.
Her research focuses on cell signaling mechanisms controlling the development, growth and regeneration of ectodermal appendages including hair follicles, and has yielded numerous significant contributions to the field.
