Dr. Gardner is a Scientific Advisory Board Member of Entrega. He was formerly Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President of Research at TransForm Pharmaceuticals, a Johnson and Johnson company.
Dr. Gardner is widely recognized as a thought leader in the application of physical chemistry, chemical engineering and pharmaceutical sciences to the discovery and development of small molecule drugs and biologics.
Prior to TransForm, he was Vice President and Global Head of formulation design and development at Merck. Dr. Gardner has served on a number of Scientific Advisory Boards including Semprus BioSciences, and Sirtris Pharmaceuticals.
He received his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Glasgow and completed his post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard University and the Department of Chemical Engineering at MIT.
